Level 1 classes are designed to accommodate people with little to no dance experience and anyone who wishes to brush up on their basics.
Ilya Reyzin began dancing at the age of five in Russia. By eleven, he was 2nd in the junior division of the Open Russian National Championship. Over the next several years he represented Russia in multiple international championships achieving top placements in Latin and Standard divisions. At sixteen, he represented Russia in the World 10-Dance Championship in Austria and finished in the top ten.
After immigrating to the United States he competed across the country in Amateur Latin and Standard divisions, placing as an Amateur US National 10-Dance finalist four years in a row. He is a World American Rhythm Finalist, North American Rhythm Champion, and United States National 9-Dance Champion. Ilya is also an NADTA certified adjudicator in International Latin, International Ballroom, American Rhythm, and American Smooth and owner of the American Star Ball Championships and Rhythm DanceSport Center.
At the age of 5, Kimberly started to compete in both Standard and Latin categories in the United Kingdom, and it wasn’t long before she was taking title after title. At 18, she moved to the United States to begin a professional career. She and her partner, Bill Sparks, became two-time United States International Latin Champions, British Professional Rising Star Champions, World Championship Finalists!

At the Ballroom Center, our practice parties are open to everyone. No partner is necessary as all of our students and faculty greatly enjoy dancing with all those who attend. These practice parties provide a wonderful opportunity to implement everything learned during the private lessons and group classes.

The advanced bronze class is designed for students who already have a basic understanding of the technique, footwork, and styling taught within their bronze private lessons. This class focuses on more challenging dances and intricate patterns. A different dance, or pair of dances will be introduced each month!
